Exchange Program
Our XXX Chrome Shop exchange program works to help those looking to upgrade their bike without having to spend a lot . It also cuts down on wait time for the custom chroming of your part(s). This is how it works:
Step 1. Find your part You search and find the chromed product/part you would like to exchange your part for on the XXX Chrome Shop website. Parts that are priced for exchange are noted as such (*Exchange or *Exchange Only). Step 2. Purchase the Exchange Part Online You then purchase the part online through the store. We will then be notified of your order and the fact that it is an exchange service order. We will then put the part we have in-stock on hold for you and await the arrival of your part.
Step 3. Ship YOUR Part to us You ship your part to us along with the XXX Chrome Plating Service Request Shipping Form. (We follow-up and track our customers that purchase exchange services with this form) By shipping us your part(s) you certify that you have read the Shipping FAQ HERE
